Pop- Up dinners have seen an 82% increase across the nation in the past year! The pop-up dining trend brings more than just a unique menu to the the table but a unique dining experience too. Family style seating is sure to make you a friend or two, especially when bonding over food. In July, Syracuse foodies were able to enjoy a 5 course tapas style meal paired with a delightful summer spritzer at SKY Armory.
Caprese Salad featuring first harvest of the season 'cherry orange tomato' layered with fresh mozzarella and basil pesto, paired with a strawberry basil spritzer
Pan Seared Sea Scallop with smoked lump crab mousse and pickled farmer's market veggies, paired with a lavender and lemon spritzer
Cast Iron Blackened Ahi Tuna served on baby leaf greens tossed in mixed berry vinaigrette with a fruit salsa, paired with a cucumber mint spritzer
Slow Braised Beef Short Rib served in it's own juices with mirepoix vegetables and jus, paired with a mixed berry bourbon spritzer

Frozen Key Lime Pie w/ raspberry coulis, tropical fruit and watermelon gelée , paired with a watermelon and strawberry spritzer
