At SKY Armory, intimate weddings get the same chef-driven menus, in-house florals, dedicated planning, and full bar service as any large reception. The only difference is scale. The quality doesn't change. You still get a dedicated wedding planner, a day-of coordinator, an event and floral designer, and a team that handles every detail from setup to breakdown. Your guests still eat exceptionally well. Your bar is still stocked with care. And the space still looks like something worth celebrating in.
An intimate wedding here isn't a scaled-down version of the real thing. It is the real thing, just with the people who matter most in the room. Intimate weddings range from 20-70 guests plus the bridal couple hosted in Betts on 1.

What's Included With an Intimate Wedding Package?
Wedding Planning and Coordination
A dedicated wedding planner and day-of coordinator work with you from the first meeting through the final toast. Also included: an event and floral designer, a customizable wedding website through Seated with Love, a customized floor plan with 3D viewing, and room block coordination at nearby downtown hotels.
The Reception Venue
Six hours of ceremony and reception space with the option to add a ceremony hour. Early arrival is included for the wedding party and photos. Every room transition is handled entirely by our staff, so you never have to think about it.
Guest Experience
Your guests experience the signature hospitality that defines SKY Armory, enjoying memorable food and drinks, comfortable surroundings, and seamless service that allows everyone to be fully present in the moment. The result is a wedding that feels less like a formal event and more like an unforgettable gathering of family and friends celebrating together.
Linens and Design
Our Intimate Wedding package includes bridal bouquet, groom's boutonniere, ceremony backdrop, banquet tables that seats all guests together with your choice of linen and napkin color and a tablescape centerpiece of fresh florals, greenery, and candlelight.
Culinary and Bar
From-scratch catering, wedding cake, curated bar featuring small-batch spirits, fine wines, and beer. Every menu is built around your guests, dietary needs included.

At 1,800 square feet, Betts on 1 is purpose-built for intimate gatherings. Exposed steel beams, white stucco and brick walls, and street-level windows create a warm, character-filled setting that feels personal without feeling small. Direct access to sidewalk seating adds a relaxed, social element to the evening.
Capacity: up to 34
Room Rental: $1750 includes ceremony décor, bridal bouquet and groom's boutonniere, tablescape centerpiece for dining table.
Wells on 2
For couples wanting a bit more room without losing the intimate feel, Wells on 2 offers 6,800 square feet of industrial ballroom space with a semi-private alcove that works beautifully for smaller ceremonies and cocktail hours.

Room Rental: Saturday $2,500 | Friday $1,500
Prime Saturday dates require a $7,000 food and beverage minimum.
Coverly on 3
Exposed rafters, warm brick accents, and city views make Coverly on 3 a naturally romantic setting for an intimate ceremony and reception. The scale feels right for a smaller group without sacrificing any of the atmosphere.
