Your guests still eat exceptionally well. Your bar is still stocked with care. And the space still looks like something worth celebrating in.

Flowers & Décor
Your package includes a bridal bouquet, groom's boutonniere, and a beautifully styled banquet table that brings all of your guests together. Choose your linen and napkin colors, complemented by a tablescape of fresh florals, greenery, and candlelight, along with chargers, china, flatware, and stemware for a polished finishing touch.
Food & Beverages
Choose the dining experience that best fits your celebration, from a five-course Chef's Table or Tuscan family-style dinner to English Afternoon Tea or a sophisticated brunch. Each menu includes thoughtfully selected beverage pairings, with custom menus also available to suit your style.

At 1,800 square feet, Betts on 1 is purpose-built for intimate gatherings. Exposed steel beams, white stucco and brick walls, and street-level windows create a warm, character-filled setting that feels personal without feeling small. Direct access to sidewalk seating adds a relaxed, social element to the evening.
Capacity: up to 34
Room Rental: $2000 includes ceremony décor, bridal bouquet and groom's boutonniere, tablescape centerpiece for dining table.
Wells on 2
For couples wanting a bit more room without losing the intimate feel, Wells on 2 offers 6,800 square feet of industrial ballroom space with a semi-private alcove that works beautifully for smaller ceremonies and cocktail hours.

Room Rental: Saturday $2,500 | Friday $1,500
Prime Saturday dates require a $7,000 food and beverage minimum.

Do intimate weddings include the same services as larger receptions?
Yes. Every package includes the same level of planning, catering, bar service, florals, decor, and staffing regardless of guest count. Smaller weddings simply allow for more personalization within those services.
Can we add a ceremony to an intimate wedding package?
The ceremony is part of the Intimate Wedding package.
Is there a guest minimum for booking?
Intimate weddings can be as small at 20 guests. Food and beverage minimums may apply based peak season dates.
Can dietary restrictions and food allergies be accommodated?
Absolutely. Our culinary team builds every menu with food inclusivity in mind. Vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive options are handled with the same care as the rest of the menu.
How far in advance should we book an intimate wedding?
For an intimate wedding, we prefer 6 months or less.
