A dedicated event planner works with you on layout, timing, menu selections, décor, and any special programming or entertainment you want to incorporate. On-site coordination is included throughout the celebration.
The Venue
Your event space decorated for the holiday season and customized layout to fit your holiday party needs. Full set-up and breakdown handled by our team including any added company branding, signage, or special touches you're planning. Tables and seating configured to your event style, full plateware, flatware, stemware, a dance floor, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Holiday menus built around your group, with options ranging from passed hors d'oeuvres and grazing tables to plated dinners or buffet dinners and dessert displays. Curated bar packages featuring seasonal cocktails, small-batch spirits, fine wines, draft and bottled beers, hard cider, hard seltzers, and non-alcoholic options. For groups of more than 300 guests, both ballrooms can be reserved to create a seamless event experience. Guests can enjoy a cocktail reception in Wells on 2, then move to Coverly on 3 for dinner. After dinner, everyone returns to Wells on 2 for dessert, dancing, and entertainment, allowing the evening to transition naturally while staff refreshes the space as needed.

How many guests can you accommodate for a holiday party?
We can host holiday parties from as few as 30 guests up to 450 across four distinct spaces. Our team will help you find the right room based on your guest count and event style.
Is the event space completely private?
Yes. Your space is exclusively yours for the duration of your event. You will not be sharing the room with another group or event.
Is parking available near the venue?
Yes, there are a variety of parking options nearby. Your planner will provide detailed information that you can share with your attendees.

Yes, there are 2 hotels near SKY Armory. The Best Western Syracuse is across the street, and the Armory Square Marriott is just 2 blocks away. Your planner will connect you with the sales department for a room block with discounted rates.
