A dedicated event planner works with you on room layout, décor and branding, timing, catering selections, and AV requirements. On-site support is included throughout your event so nothing falls on your team to manage.
The Venue
Your chosen space for the full duration of your meeting, configured to your specifications. Full setup and breakdown handled by our staff, including any presentation materials, signage, or meeting supplies you bring. Conference-style or boardroom seating, full plateware and glassware for catered meals, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a professional environment designed to support productivity.

Room Rental: $100 per hour, with a maximum rental of $500/day
The Tasting Room
A refreshing alternative to the traditional conference room, combining a comfortable contemporary atmosphere with the flexibility needed for productive meetings and professional gatherings. The Tasting Room works well for executive meetings that transition into a post-meeting reception, or for smaller leadership gatherings where the atmosphere matters as much as the agenda.
Capacity: Meeting up to 60
Room Rental: $100 per hour, with a maximum rental of $500/day

An 6,800 square foot industrial ballroom with built-in flexibility for larger meetings, conferences, and training days. The semi-private alcove can be used for breakout sessions, quiet spaces for side conversations, or a dedicated catering setup, keeping your main meeting space clean and focused.

Coverly on 3
An 6,800 square foot urban ballroom with exposed rafters, city views, and abundant natural light. Coverly on 3 is well-suited for larger conferences, all-hands meetings, and corporate training events that require a main stage setup with room for full audience seating.

We can host meetings from small executive sessions of 10 up to full conferences of 400 attendees across four distinct spaces. Our team will help you find the right room based on your attendee count and meeting format.

We have some built-in AV capabilities, and your event planner will connect you with our AV partner for more robust AV needs.
Can we set up a hybrid business meeting with remote attendees?
Yes. Our AV setup supports hybrid meeting formats. Let our planning team know your requirements early in the process so everything is configured correctly before your attendees arrive.
What catering options are available for business meetings?
Our culinary team can provide working breakfasts, coffee and beverage service, breakout snacks, working lunches, and full dinner service. Every menu is built around your schedule and your attendees, with dietary accommodations handled throughout.
Is the meeting space completely private?
Yes. Your event space is exclusively yours for the duration of your event. You will not be sharing the room with another group or event.
Can we book a post-meeting reception in the same venue?
Absolutely. Many of our corporate clients extend their meeting into a networking reception or happy hour in the same space or another one of our contemporary event spaces. Our team handles the transition so you don't have to.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, particularly for peak dates. Many corporate clients book recurring meetings and annual events well in advance to secure their preferred space and date.
Is parking available near the venue?
Yes, there are a variety of parking options nearby. Your planner will provide detailed information that you can share with your attendees.
Are there hotels near the venue?
Yes, there are 2 hotels near SKY Armory. The Best Western Syracuse is across the street, and the Armory Square Marriott is just 2 blocks away. Your planner will connect you with the sales department for a room block with discounted rates.
