If you're planning a more detailed event that includes bar service, full-service catering, staffing, or rentals such as tables, tents, linens, or other event equipment, our sales team is happy to help. We'll create a customized proposal tailored to your event, guest count, and service needs.

Administrative Fees
Full-service off-premise events have a 15% administrative fee that covers insurance, liquor license, and our time coordinating your off-premise event.
Delivery and pick-up caterings have a 10% administrative fee.
Service Fees
Full-service off-premise events have a 15% service fee that covers the on-site service, bar, and culinary staff.
Delivery and pick-up catering are not charged a service fee.
Gratuities
A gratuity of $50 per team member working your event is charged for full-service off-premise catered events.
A gratuity for drop-off or pick-up caterings is at the discretion of the client. Not expected, but always appreciated and is distributed to the culinary team who prepared your food.

$30 for Syracuse neighborhoods
$50 for suburbs of Syracuse
Custom pricing for full-service off-premise events and locations 15 or more miles away.
