As an all-inclusive wedding reception venue, everything is handled in-house:

Wedding Event Planning and Coordination
Your dedicated wedding planner and day-of coordinator works with you from the first meeting through the final toast. Also included: an event and floral designer, a customizable wedding website through Seated with Love, a customized floor plan with 3D viewing, and room block coordination at the Best Western Downtown Syracuse and Courtyard by Marriott at Armory Square.
The Venue
Six hours of reception space in one of our historic loft ballrooms and an additional hour for an on-site ceremony. Exposed brick, soaring ceilings, and warm industrial character throughout. Every room transition is handled entirely by our staff.
Guest tables and Chiavari chairs, full plateware, flatware, stemware, a dance floor, an outdoor patio with a designated smoking area, a private bridal powder room with full-size bathroom, complimentary Wi-Fi, easy access to nearby parking lots and garages, and a pet-friendly policy.

Bridal party and parents: 2 hours before ceremony

Cocktail Reception: 1.5 hours

Over 20 linen and napkin color options, alfresco-style lighting, and access to our in-house florist for floral design and room décor enhancements that ties your whole look together.

From-scratch catering from our in-house culinary team, desserts and wedding cake, and bar packages featuring curated cocktails, small-batch spirits, locally brewed craft beers, hard ciders and seltzers, wine service with dinner and 10 wine varietals on the bar.

A cozy space with historic charm with exposed steel beams, white stucco and brick walls, and street-level windows that bring in natural light. At 1,800 square feet with direct access to sidewalk seating, Betts on 1 is ideal for intimate receptions, bridal showers, or rehearsal dinners.
Capacity: Micro wedding up to 30
Room Rental: Saturday $1,000 | Friday $500
Wells on 2
A 6,800-square-foot charming repurposed industrial ballroom with exposed steel beams and a striking focal brick wall. Large windows overlooking tree-lined city views blur the line between indoors and out, filling the space with natural light and creating an atmosphere that feels contemporary and connected to the outdoors. The semi-private alcove offers a cozy cocktail area.
Capacity: Reception up to 200 | Intimate wedding with ceremony up to 40-70 guests
Room Rental: Saturday $3,000 | Friday $2,000
Prime Saturday dates require a $7500 event minimum (food, beverage, décor) for weddings of 70 or fewer.
Coverly on 3
An 6,800 square foot urban ballroom with exposed rafters, clean white walls, and a warm brick accent. Large windows showcase city views and keep the space bright and airy. Transforms easily to match any aesthetic or event scale.
Capacity: Reception up to 250 | Intimate wedding with ceremony up to 40-70 guests
Room Rental: Saturday $3,000 | Friday $2,000
Prime Saturday dates require a $9,000 event minimum (food, beverage, décor) for weddings of 70 or fewer)
Wells on 2 and Coverly on 3
For larger receptions or couples who want exclusive use of both ballrooms, Wells on 2 and Coverly on 3 can be used together. A popular configuration uses Wells on 2 for the ceremony and cocktail hour and transitions to Coverly on 3 for dinner and dancing.
Capacity: Up to 350 guests
Room Rental: Saturday $4,000 | Friday $3,000
Prime Saturday dates require a $20,000 event minimum (food, beverage, décor) for weddings of 150 guests or fewer.
The Tasting Room
An urban vibe with historic charm, hardwood floors, stucco walls, large street level windows, alfresco lighting, restaurant style bar. A rotating local art gallery gives every event a one-of-a-kind backdrop. Perfect for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and cocktail-style receptions.
Capacity: Cocktail party up to 100 | Bridal shower up to 60 | Brunch up to 100

Venue investment starts at $3,000 and varies based on guest count, day of the week, and time of year.
Reception Catering Package of cocktail reception food, dinner, dessert display with 2-tier wedding cake and 4 hour open bar starts at $120 per person.

Can we hold our ceremony and reception in the same venue?
Yes. An additional hour can be added to your package for an on-site ceremony, with our planning team managing every detail of the ceremony, including a ceremony rehearsal the day prior.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular Saturday dates book a year or more in advance. We recommend scheduling a tour as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

Is parking available near the venue?
Yes. Several parking options are available nearby, and street parking is also available. Your planner will provide detailed information that you can share with your attendees.
