Over 20 linen and napkin color options, alfresco-style lighting, and in-house floral and décor design tailored to the tone and scale of your gala.
Culinary and Bar
Cocktail receptions with passed hors d'oeuvres and grazing tables, full plated dinners, buffet stations, and dessert displays are all available. Our culinary team builds every menu around your donor experience and dietary needs. Curated bar featuring small-batch spirits, 10 wine varietals, custom cocktails, draft and bottled beers, and non-alcoholic options.

With decades of experience creating impactful events, Nicole Samolis brings a deep understanding of fundraising galas and donor-focused experiences to every event at SKY Armory. Before opening SKY Armory, Nicole founded The Events Company where she produced countless successful nonprofit galas, benefit events, and mission-driven celebrations throughout the region.
Today, she brings that expertise, creativity, and passion to SKY Armory, partnering with organizations to design memorable experiences that engage guests, elevate their mission, and help maximize fundraising success. A 6,800 square foot industrial ballroom with soaring ceilings, exposed steel beams, a striking focal brick wall, and large windows framing city views. The semi-private alcove works beautifully for a cocktail reception before dinner, a silent auction display, or a VIP gathering space within the larger event.

Room Rental: Monday - Thursday $750 | Friday-Sunday $1500
Coverly on 3
A 6,800-square-foot urban ballroom with exposed rafters, warm brick accents, and sweeping city views. Coverly on 3 offers the scale and atmosphere for a full gala experience, with room for a main stage, live auction setup, full dinner service, and a dance floor.
Capacity: Up to 250 attendees
Room Rental: Monday-Thursday $750 | Friday-Sunday $1500
Combined Floors
For larger galas and fundraising events, Wells on 2 and Coverly on 3 can be used simultaneously, giving your organization distinct spaces for the cocktail reception, silent auction, dinner, and live programming across multiple floors.
Capacity: Up to 450 guests

How far in advance should we book a gala?
